Nothing fancy here! This project was about getting back to basics. The property boasts a nice and large yard, but its grass hadn't been tended to in a long time. We safely removed all of the overgrown grass, giving the yard a chance to start anew.

This northwestern Washington state home had been left unattended for too long! The yard could provide lovely outdoor living space with proper development, but its terrain is also a little unique. Turf proved to be the best solution due to the shape of the yard and the surrounding foliage.

This northwestern Washington state home, close to the water, sat proudly in a beautiful location, but the driveway and the areas of foliage surrounding it needed lots of work! We were tasked with achieving general improvement of the salal on either side of the driveway and of the driveway itself.

We added a beauty bark hill, installed new grass wrapped around the home, and made many general aesthetic improvements all over, giving the owners a great environment to keep up over the coming years.

This University Place property was unique. It was in a cute neighborhood and it appeared to have had good landscaping work done a long, long time ago. But since then, it had been neglected, so we re-did everything up to our very high standards, giving the yard more than a clean slate - we gave it a whole new sense of life.
